Music makes the world go round

19/10/2016

Life since my last update has been a flurry of polishing some short stories to submit, and - sadly - rejections. Those little beasts always come in pairs, or worse. Never mind... Onward and upward. I'm looking at a novel that came back with its tail between its legs and wondering whether there's a way to completely flip the story on it's head. Maybe I need to listen to some music?

Here are a couple of links to guest posts I've written recently:
  • I was featured on Tyrean Martinson's Everyday Writer, sharing my 5 Reasons to Write to Music - discover my unhealthy relationship with Riverdance!
  • In Roz Morris's The Undercover Soundtrack series, I delve a little further into the specific songs and artists who have influenced my work.

Annalisa Crawford, Author

Dark contemporary fiction with a hint of paranormal
"Besides Annalisa's clever writing style, I enjoy the unpredictable plots and the characters that are so very normal, yet tragically broken in some way or another."
